It has a Bootleg milled upper, Bootleg 14" Mlok rail, SOLGW 14.5" barrel and a Surefire Closed Tine muzzle brake that has been pinned and welded. That means you can use this upper on a rifle lower and meets the 16" OAL requirement. No bolt carrier group or charging handle.
