12/12/2022. Due to the recent Supreme Count decision limiting states rights to ban certain firearms, New York State has begun enforcing the SAFE Act. The SAFE Act was originally drafted in 2013 but was not enforced until now. While we hope that this will be overturned by a federal court, we have no choice but to stop shipping ammunition to any New York address.
